Semi lustrous cubic crystals of galena measuring to 3.0 cm on edge scared richly across the top of this large chert matrix with golden crystals of calcite measuring to 4.0 cm in size. Minor sphalerite is present. Some damage is present as seen, the large majority of crystals on this incredibly large specimen are in good condition. Definitely collected pre-1970.
