description:
Crystals of galena measuring to 3.5 cm in size, these in the process of being replaced by white cerussite, set on matrix with sparkling crystals of quartz and an iron rich dolomite. In very good condition as seen. This was collected in the early 1990s. An excellent locality example for the species.
