Lustrous octahedral crystals of galena measuring to 0.4 cm in size, this a variety of the species sometimes called steinmannite, on matrix was sphalerite and quartz. In good condition. The specimen comes with an antique label as shown at the end of the video and would date to the early 20th century, if not the 19th century.
