A superb specimen from this old mining district with mirror bright lustrous crystals of galena measuring to 2.0 cm on edge set beautifully on matrix with lustrous crystallized sphalerite. This is in super condition, these crystals are extremely bright for the mining district. Crystallized all around with sphalerite even on the bottom of the matrix. The galena crystals exhibit the typical modified crystals known from the district.
