An outstanding and extremely impressive large cabinet display piece for the species consisting of a 24.0 x 22.0 x 8.0 cm matrix, this mostly covered with black glistening prismatic terminated crystals of gaudefroyite, some as large as 0.8 cm in length. Black crystals of hausmannite to 0.8 cm scattered throughout, as well as red micro andradite crystals and yellowish ettringite. Minor calcite present as well. This is an outstanding condition and will sit by itself for display. Superb Museum quality display piece for the species. Shipping weight: 16.5 pounds.
