A large open cavity across the front of this 12.5 x 11.0 x 7.0 cm matrix is lined with blocky rhombohedral colorless calcite crystals that are translucent and to 1.0 cm in size. These are scattered throughout with needlelike black crystal groupings of goethite to 0.4 cm in length. There is quite a lot of goethite present throughout. These are all coding underline sparkling smoky quartz crystals. In very fine condition. Shipping weight: 1.51 pounds. Ex Shirley Adrian collection.
