Gypsum with Sulfur
specimen number:
2321117
location:
Assoro, Enna, Sicily, Italy
description:
Excellent old classic Sicilian specimen with an antique label. A grouping of double terminated near transparent gypsum crystals with some crystalline native sulfur attached. The two edges are not crystallized but cleaved, not atypical of these, overall I think this in very good condition for such an old time piece of this size.
Size: 24.0 x 15.0 x 11.0 cm (large-cabinet)
