Hematite after Ilvaite with Quartz

description:
A loose prismatic terminated crystal of what was once ilvaite, this now replaced by hematite and coated with sparkling crystals of quartz. At one time people refer to these as replacing crystals of epidote, but I believe it to have been ilvaite. Collected in the 1980s. In great condition.
