This is a very fine example for the species from this Colorado locality normally known for its world-class rhodochrosite. Prismatic lustrous crystals of hubnerite measuring to 2.5 cm length very nice across the front of a crystallized quartz matrix with pyrite and sphalerite. The specimen is in very good condition.
