description:
Very interesting pseudomorph specimen showing a grouping of what were once prismatic terminated ilvaite crystals just short of 4.0 cm in height now replaced by granular jarosite and calcite. The matrix also hosts gemmy glassy cubic crystals of fluorite to 1.7 cm in size and creamy colored calcite crystals. In terrific condition. This specimen is figured in The Mineralogical Record supplement issue Mineral Collections in Arizona on page 19.
