Very neat example from this noted old Missouri mining district. Groupings of what were once crystallized marcasite to almost 3.0 cm across now replaced by earthy brown limonite in set beautifully upon sparkling white quartz crystals. Measures 8.0 x 6.0 x 4.0 cm. In outstanding condition for one of these. Certainly collected pre-1970s, this one better than most is the quartz is not iron stained but white giving a great color contrast. Shipping weight: 0.43 pounds.
