From the early 1990s, lustrous black cubic crystals of magnetite averaging 1.0 cm in size embedded throughout this matrix. This is a very good display quality cabinet piece for this notable find. Cubic crystals of magnetite are very unusual, the species almost always as octahedrons. Slight micro-chipping present as seen.
