Gorgeous green velvety botryoidal crystallized malachite across the top of a thin matrix. This is in super condition. The specimen comes with a previous collection label, this notes that at one time the specimen was part of the collection of noted Belgian geologist and Congo mineral specialist Gilbert Gauthier. This also notes the specimen was collected sometime in the middle 1950s.
