Malachite after Azurite

description:
A sharp large loose crystal of what was once azurite, this now replaced by velvety green crystallized malachite. No points of attachment and crystallized completely all around, even on the bottom. The white material seen on the backside of the crystal is clay putty from a previous mount. Collected in the 1980s.
