description: Very choice pseudomorph specimen from the Katanga Copper Crescent. Crystals of what were once barite to 3.0 cm in size now replaced by deep green somewhat chatoyant crystallized malachite. These are aesthetically coming off a thin matrix. Measures 6.5 x 6.0 x 3.0 cm overall. Complete all-around and in excellent condition. This is old material dating back at least 20 years.
