A very unusual and quite neat cabinet specimen for this famous mining district that is long been closed. The front side of a 12.0 x 10.0 x 5.0 cm matrix is covered with pearly dolomite crystals to 0.7 cm in size. Scattered quite richly throughout this dolomite crystal surface is green spherical shaped crystal groupings of malachite and small colorless calcite crystals. Displays beautifully on its own and in excellent condition. Malachite from this district is rarely seen available today. Shipping weight: 1.45 pounds.
