Colorless sharp crystals of prehnite to 0.5 cm in size across the top of this matrix. In fine condition. The label on the bottom of the box gives the locality is Paris, Maine. I would guess that the piece was purchased at a mineral shop in this village and the previous owner assumed that the specimen was from local. This is definitely from the Jeffrey mine. Mounted for display in a perky box and will ship as shown.
