description: Gorgeous reddish to transparent colorless crystals of terminated quartz to 2.6 cm in height covering the top of a 13.5 x 10.0 x 3.5 cm matrix. For one of these this is in excellent condition. The reddish color is said to be caused by lepidocrocite by some. I believe it to be hematite. Very pretty specimen. Shipping weight: 1.48 pounds.
