Quartz (Japan law twins)
specimen number:
4541109
location:
San Pedro mine, Santa Fe Co., New Mexico, USA
description:
Numerous sharp Japan law twin crystals of quartz measuring to 1.1 cm across set nicely up on this matrix. The crystals are coated with a reddish-brown iron oxide. Minimal and tiny micro-chipping present on the backside of the piece, I think this in very good condition.
