description:
An attractive combination specimen with prismatic crystals of calcite to 7.0 cm in height, these coated by crystallized quartz, and set up on an amethyst crystal matrix with a second-generation of crystallized calcite. Slight cleaving is present as shown up close in the video, I still believe that the specimen is in good condition. The calcite crystals are fluorescent red under longwave ultraviolet light. Collected in 2007.
