A large plate covered by lustrous crystals of quartz to 3.5 cm in height. These are smoky in color due to radiation, not natural radiation. When these first came on the market in the early 1990s they gave the locality as Kazakhstan. These are simply Cavnic, Romania quartz that have been irradiated. This one has slight damage present but still quite nice.
