description:
The top of this matrix is covered with glistening crystals of quartz, a cluster of colorless scalenohedral calcite crystals almost 3.0 cm in height coming off the quartz. The dark color of the quartz crystals is due to the presence of goethite. In good condition, a fine combination piece.
