Large glassy partly transparent crystals of quartz to 4.0 cm in size on a hematite matrix with numerous small metallic crystals of hematite scattered throughout. Very slight micro-damage present, this is in good condition. The specimen comes with several previous labels as shown at the end of the video, one of these from the dealer Scott Williams dating the piece to 1943.
