Beautiful glassy orange red gem crystals of quartz to 3.2 cm in size across the top of this matrix. Minor hematite present. All of the prominent crystals are in great condition as seen, very minimal micro-chipping to some of the small crystals close to the matrix, plus one on the right side as you look at the piece. I think that the specimen is in very good condition for what it is.
