description: The top side of this 17.0 x 11.0 x 5.0 cm matrix is completely covered by glassy translucent colorless to red crystals of quartz to 1.5 cm in size. These are dusted with pearly white crystals of dolomite. Slight chipping in one area, overall though I think this in very good condition. Quite attractive, the red coloration is due to hematite. The bottom of the matrix is lightly shaped with a trim saw. Shipping weight: 3.54 pounds.
