The top of this fluorite matrix is mostly covered with deep red sparkling micro crystals of quartz. The color is due to to inclusions of hematite. This is classic material for this German locality, the piece is in good condition with just slight micro-chipping present as shown in the video. The specimen predates 1940 and comes with an antique label as shown at the end of the video.
