Lustrous pinkish red translucent rhombohedral crystals of rhodochrosite to 0.7 cm in size across the front of a massive rhodochrosite matrix. A nice example from this old famous Colorado locality. Some damage present as seen. The specimen comes with an antique label that dates this piece to the late 19th century or early 20th century. This is shown at the end of the video.
