An area approximately 6.0 x 4.0 cm in size on top of this 9.0 x 8.0 x 4.0 cm matrix is covered by brilliant sparkling deep red scalenohedral transparent crystals of rhodochrosite averaging 0.3 cm in size. Very choice large small cabinet example for the species from this locality. Micro-chipping is present but extremely minimal and sparse. Quite choice and colorful. Shipping weight: 2.8 pounds. Ex Chris and Agatha Galas collection.
