Brilliant red lustrous partly gemmy rhombohedral crystals of rhodochrosite as large as 1.8 cm across on this matrix with colorless crystallized fluorite. Measures 9.0 x 7.5 x 5.5 cm. Some cleaving present to the crystals on the left side of the specimen. The prominent crystals at center and right are in very good condition. Sits up nicely by itself for display. Shipping weight: 1.13 pounds. Ex Jordi Povill collection.
