description: Attractive translucent pink rhombohedral crystals of rhodochrosite to 0.9 cm in size scattered over the front side of an 11.0 x 5.0 x 5.0 cm matrix. The matrix is mostly covered by sparkling crystallized colorless quartz, minor fluorite, and tiny tetrahedrite and chalcopyrite crystals. This sits perfectly by itself for display. In very good condition as seen, a nice cabinet sized example for this classic locality.
