Some of the finest scheelite specimens ever found have come from this Chinese locality. The example shown here is exceptional consisting of a glowing lustrous slightly translucent orange scheelite crystal measuring 6.0 x 5.6 x 5.5 cm in size is perched perfectly on top of a muscovite crystal coated matrix measuring 8.0 x 6.5 x 6.0 cm in size. Damage-free; this sits perfectly by itself for display on a slightly sawn base and shows all around 360 degrees nicely. The quality in terms of perfection, color and aesthetics is outstanding for the species! A video of this specimen is available upon request.
