A wonderful extremely lustrous jet black double terminated crystal of schorl 8.0 cm across with blocky crystallized feldspar. This is in super condition all around, the quality is outstanding for the species. The collection catalog noted that at one time this was part of the collection of mineralogist Fred Pough.
