Brown sparkling translucent crystals of siderite to 0.3 cm in size very thickly coding the top of this 10.0 x 8.5 x 5.0 cm pseudo-hexagonal crystallized pyrrhotite matrix. It is likely that the underlying pyrrhotite is been replaced by pyrite or marcasite, but difficult to tell due to the heavy coating of siderite on top. In very good condition. Shipping weight: 1.73 pounds. Ex Charles Noll collection.
