A classic old time specimen from Wisconsin. The specimen consists of a crystallized grouping of calcite, the most prominent a scalenohedral crystal 3.5 cm in height, across this matrix and replaced by smithsonite. A neat old label is glued to the specimen. At one time the specimen was part of the collection at the University of Arizona, though it appears the label is now missing for this.
