An attractive combination specimen with glassy gemmy smoky quartz crystals measuring to 3.3 cm in size across the top of a blocky microcline crystal matrix with gemmy orange red crystals of spessartine to 0.4 cm in size. One quartz crystal on the backside of the specimen is damaged facing away from the center of the matrix. This is seen in the video, but not seen when the piece is properly displayed. This is from the mid 2000's.
