Gorgeous glassy gemmy crystals of deep red sphalerite measuring to 0.6 cm in size, the majority of the crystals measuring around 0.3 cm in size, across the top of this crystallized quartz matrix. In very good condition. These used to be referred to by the miners as Ruby Zinc. This is a very pretty example that dates to the 1960s.
