Lustrous crystals of sphalerite measuring to almost 4.0 cm in size aesthetic up on a chert matrix with golden crystals of chalcopyrite. This is in good condition. Some of the smaller crystals are translucent red in color. Collected in the 1960s from this famous old mining district.
