Sphalerite with Dolomite
specimen number:
1502017
location:
Las Manforas Mine, Camaleno, Cantabria, Spain
description:
Translucent red crude crystals of sphalerite to 3.5 cm across quite nice over the front side of this 9.5 x 6.0 x 6.0 cm matrix. This is naturally crystallized all around with only the most minimal of micro-rubbing present, I think in very fine condition. Even crystallized on the bottom with white dolomite. Sits perfectly by itself for display, very nice example for the Spanish classic. Shipping weight: 1.1 pounds. Ex Renaud Vochten collection.
Size: 9.5 x 6.0 x 6.0 cm (cabinet)
Collection: Renaud Vochten
