Fine classic Midwest United States specimen showing lustrous twinned crystals of sphalerite measuring to 3.5 cm in size across the front of this pink dolomite crystal covered chert matrix. Iridescent crystals of chalcopyrite are scattered throughout. Very slight micro-rubbing present as seen, this still in good condition. Definitely collected pre-1970.
