Sharp black semi-lustrous tetrahedral crystals of sphalerite to 2.3 cm across scattered aesthetically over the top side of an 11.0 x 8.5 x 4.0 cm dolomite crystal coated breccia chert matrix. Smaller crystals of Galena are scattered throughout. Very minimal chipping, this confined to one of the Galena crystal groupings, overall I think in very good condition. Choice hands sized classic old specimen for this mining district. Shipping weight: 0.68 pounds. Ex Charles Noll collection.
