Sphalerite with Galena, Quartz, Kaolinite

description:
Crystals of sphalerite measuring to 1.3 cm in size on a quartz matrix with minor galena. Kaolinite is present as well. Some damage along the edges of the piece, the prominent crystals are in good condition. Neat locality example for the species. Collected in September, 2003.
