Sphalerite with Hemimorphite

specimen number:
4481054

location:
No. 4 level, Mogul mine, Silvermines, Co. Tipperary, Ireland

description:
A wonderful crystallized grouping of yellow green translucent twinned sphalerite crystals. This is really good for the species from this locality. No points of attachment and completely crystallized all around. Several previous labels come with the specimen as seen at the end of the video, including a white collection label from Richard Barstow. I believe he was mostly responsible for bringing this material out of Ireland in the 1970s.
