description: An outstanding example for this classic Scottish locality with lustrous black twinned crystals of sphalerite measuring is largest 6.5 cm across covering the top of a 27.0 x 16.5 x 4.5 cm matrix. Beautifully dusted with sparkling colorless quartz crystals, this is in excellent condition I think. Previous label gives the locality for this is Cornwall, but I'm quite sure that the pieces from New Glencrieff. Small calcite crystals are present on the bottom of the piece. Shipping weight: 7.41 pounds. Ex Renaud Vochten collection.
