description:

Large lustrous crystals of adularia to 3.5 cm in size across the top of matrix. Lustrous green twinned crystals of titanite measuring to 2.0 cm in size are scattered throughout. Dark green chlorite is present as well. This is in really good condition. The specimen comes with a neat antique label that dates this piece to the very early 20th century, if not the late 19th century.
