Impressive large example showing salmon colored crystals of barite measuring to 1.0 cm in size across the top of this matrix. This is in really good condition. A fine large well crystallized example from this old locality. The specimen comes with a custom acrylic display base. The specimen was figured in The Mineralogical Record, January, February, 2024, page 98, figure 31. The specimen was on public display at the Cincinnati, 1993 show, the Cincinnati 1997 show, the Denver, 1997 and 2023 shows, at the Tucson show, 2017, and that the East Coast show, 2018.
