description:
Lustrous attractive blue thick bladed crystals of barite measuring to 5.0 cm in size on a crystallized fluorite matrix and sprinkled throughout the scalenohedral calcite crystals. This is in excellent condition and very fine for the species and locality. This would have been collected in the 1950s.
