description:
Attractive bladed lustrous crystals of barite measuring to almost 2.0 cm in size across the top of a crystallized fluorite matrix. This is in good condition and makes for a neat combination specimen from this mining district. Very little matrix attached on the backside, this is pretty much crystallized completely all around. I am guessing that this was collected in the late 1980s.
