From the type locality for the species, grayish black crystalline carrollite over the top of this 4.0 x 3.0 x 2.5 cm matrix. The bottom is sawn flat in the piece sits perfectly for display upon the surface. Several neat old labels come with the specimen. Extremely rare, good examples of the species from the type locality are seldom seen available on the mineral market. Ex Ralph Merrill collection. Shipping weight: 0.16 pounds.
