Fluorite
specimen number:
9505341
location:
Huanggang Mines, Keshiketeng Co., Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, China
description:
From the now famous finds at this locality in the summer of 2018, this is an outstanding glassy and gemmy deep red octahedral fluorite crystal with several smaller attached crystals. Minor actinolite as inclusions are present. This is in terrific condition. The transparency and luster on this one is much better than most seen on the market. My understanding is that this find is long over now.
Size: 10.0 x 9.0 x 5.0 cm (cabinet)
