Beautifully chatoyant crystallized solid mass of goethite. This is very attractive for the species. In super condition all around. At one time this was in the collection of John Brottlund, a minor at this locality that closed in 1963. He was responsible for most of the specimens that were saved from the crusher. Further background on Mr. Brottlund can be found in The Mineralogical Record, volume 51, pages 422 and 423.
